Hospital facilities construction work

Tender description

The contract will include building mechanical and electrical works to the Mater Chapel and adjacent areas. Building works include installation of new parquet flooring, installation of vinyl flooring, alterations to and refurbishment of the existing pews, installation of feature panelling, external repairs to brickwork and guttering, repairs to stain glass windows, installation of storm glazing, fitted furniture to the sacristy, redecoration, door automation and new fire doors. Mechanical works include new heating circuit and feature radiators and associated controls and general plumbing installations. Electrical works include rewire, new power and lighting scheme, new distribution board alterations to the fire alarm, new BMS controls.
