GB-Nottingham: Supply and Installation of D G Units, PVCu Windows, French Doors, fitting of Composite Doors

Tender description

This contract is for the supply and installation of hermetically sealed double glazed units, PVCu windows, French Balcony Doors & the Installation of Composite Doors, at various property addresses throughout Ashfield. The quantities contained in the Schedule of Rates section of this document are provided as provisional quantities only and do not relate to any specific property or job order. The works shall be assembled into small programmes, batched by the Client. As they are identified through the various repair reporting mechanisms. These will be called off at various times throughout the Contract Period. The Contractor will be expected to complete the works as instructed, within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with the rates contained within this document. Works shall be batched into works packages ranging from £500 to £5,000 at any one time and are target time sensitive rather than area specific.
