Tender description

The masonry wall façade exhibits signs of movement with vertical cracks and bulging/leaning of the structure , existing wall requires re-stabilisation via earth anchors (Platipus earth anchoring system or equivalent) , to be installed through the masonry structure tying it back to the ground behind. Bed joint repair and strengthening is required locally to the installation of earth anchors and sections of wall require rebuilding and repair to also include bed joint strengthening. Potential contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of installing earth anchoring systems.
