Gas Service Auditing

Tender description

The Thirteen Housing Group wishes to implement an independent third party gas auditor to ensure compliance with Landlord Duties and that Regulatory Codes are met for both domestic and commercial properties. We would expect the auditor to fully audit all processes including onsite inspections, post work completion and work in progress assessments, which include full strip downs of services carried out.
