Herefordshire Council currently commissions day services on a spot placement arrangement with various organisations. An opportunity has arisen for providers of day activities/services to support a cohort of existing service users with learning disabilities in Ross-on-Wye, Hereford City centre, and Leominster. These people have varying levels of need and in some cases require one-to-one care. Herefordshire Council would be interested to hear from any of the approved providers on the current framework who might be interested in providing activities to meet people’s needs. We are also keen to hear from any other providers who can demonstrate that they could meet the needs of the individuals currently attending the above services. This is a market engagement questionnaire to consider ideas and market appetite for a possible future commissioning or procurement exercise related to the services outlined.
