Cygnet 20:20 Provision of enhanced traineeship for 16-20year olds

Tender description

The Supplier will provide a new programme for 16 to 20 year old cared for young people /care leavers with the opportunity to participate in an enhanced traineeship. The programme will target young people who are/or at risk of being Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET), to participate in the programme for a 3 month term. The Supplier is expected to source and place 10 young people who will participate in an enhanced traineeship programme for three to six month duration with local Cheshire East employers/businesses. During the programme the Supplier will offer young people 1 development/tuition session and 2/3 days of work placement per week amounting to 20 hours in total.
