Tender description

Coventry City Council is seeking a new 3 year contract with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods for support on Coventry City Council's Oracle and Sequel (SQL) Server database infrastructure. The type of support services that are required include: Service Desk telephone, Remote monitoring, support and management. A number of days on site support This support is required to ensure the databases run efficiently and are protected in case restoration is required. The new contract will commence from the 1st April 2017.
