Tender description
Quotations are invited for a specialist consultancy to undertake an assessment of the financial viability of expansion of Rushcliffe Country Park visitor centre to become an exemplar environmentally friendly eco-cafe. Key objectives of the work are:- o To assess the financial viability of operating a café within an extended visitor centre o To produce a business plan with revenue projections o To advise on the optimum size of café within current design parameters o To identify sources of capital investment funding o To recommend a procurement model for an external café provider – i.e. external operator making a capital investment versus the Council tendering an operating licence The maximum budget available for the consultancy commission is £11,000 Keywords: Consultancy, catering, Cafe, Country Park, Leisure
