Any public body subject to the Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy. NIPPP. listed in https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/publications/list-public-bodies-which-can-participate-cpd-collaborative-frameworks may choose to participate in this Framework at any time as a ‘Client’.
