Tender description
Waltham Forest are looking to procure a Community Alarm, Telecare and Wellbeing service for their residents. The current proposal is that the service will cover three lots: Call centre monitoring; in-person response and a service that will address loneliness and isolation among community alarm and telecare users. This market warming event is to engage suppliers at the pre-tender stage to discuss intentions and develop ideas.
