Multiple lots based on geographical areas covering internal and external cleaning, and grounds maintenance. PIN issued to commence soft market testing exercise and notify market of ‘meet the buyer’ event to allow shaping of the procurement strategy to ensure ‘fit for purpose’ specifications and contract terms which will help the contracting authority deliver their Estate Services effectively. It is not currently a call for competition and it should be noted that the scope and value of the procurement may change following market engagement. Scope: Cleaning of internal and external communal areas of estates and street properties. Cleaning interior of extra care schemes including commercial kitchens. Cleaning interior of student lets including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Grounds maintenance of estates and street properties.
