NB: Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) will be holding Meet the Client event on the morning of Wednesday 8th March in Northampton to provide more information to potential providers about this contract and about NPH. There will also be an opportunity to visit some of the blocks that require cleaning. The contract will be divided in to 2 lots for the provision of Estate Cleaning and Office Cleaning. Please register at http://www.lgssprocurementportal.co.uk The following services will be required: — The cleaning of the internal communal areas of housing blocks; — The cleaning of any communal furniture; — Ensuring that the external communal areas are kept clean, litter and detritus free; — Specialist cleaning to some other schemes e.g. older persons accommodation; — Assisting NPH in the removal of bulk refuse.
