Provision of Blackpool Advocacy Hub. Blackpool Council is commissioning a range of Advocacy Services for eligible Children and Young People (CYP) and Adults. The Blackpool development is designed to provide an up to date flexible service that will meet the advocacy needs of the population in Blackpool in the light of the current and recently refreshed Council priorities. Blackpool council is committed to “creating stronger communities and increasing resilience, through supporting people to manage their own care”.
