Tender description

UK Shared Business Services Limited (UK SBS Ltd) on behalf of The Hartree Centre of the Science and Technologies Facilities Council is looking to procure services and systems to replace the existing Visualisation Suite with an updated facility, located in the new Hartree Building at Daresbury Laboratories. The Hartree Centre is currently in the process of moving to the new building on the Daresbury site and a dedicated space has been allocated for visualisation. This procurement will cover moving and re-commissioning of the existing curved screen facility, replacement of the flat wall facility and installation of a number of new collaboration and development spaces. It will also include the design, provision and installation of computer systems, audio/visual systems and associated services so as to operate as an integrated facility. The Hartree Centre will be holding a supplier engagement day on Tuesday 14.3.2017 in order to help shape the final specification for this requirement. Suppliers wishing to participate in this engagement day should submit their interest in an email using to laura.lewis@uksbs.co.uk Suppliers that do not wish to participate in the engagement day will still have the opportunity to bid for this requirement when the contract notice is published.
