Tender description

The Council is looking to appoint a company/organisation to undertake a number of Green book economic appraisals to help deliver a number of key strategic projects. The appointed consultants must undertake an Economic Appraisal based on the requirements of Her Majesty's Treasury Green Book. 2003 and the Northern Ireland Practical Guide to The Green Book. The information and assumptions used in assessing the proposed option must be fully explained and based on research and information gathered in consultation with all relevant sources. Should Armagh Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council raise any points or queries on an Appraisal, responses must be provided in separate correspondence as well as in an amended Appraisal document.
