Irish Rail on behalf of the CIE Group of companies is seeking applications from interested and capable companies to provide Media Planning and Buying Agency Services The Services shall consist of all media planning and buying services required by CIE for each of the 3 operating companies, Iarnród Éireann, Bus Éireann and Dublin Bus. The attached PQQ provides further detail with respect to the scope and activities that will be required under this contract. Interested applicants should review this to fully understand our requirements. The initial award period will be for 3 years with an option to extend, at CIE's discretion for up to 2 additional years.
