There is a Eurostat requirement for occupancy data for serviced accommodation (hotels and similar establishments) to be supplied by the UK on a monthly basis showing bedroom and bed-space occupancy levels. Eurostat also require an annual record at NUTS levels 0 to 2 of the number of establishments and bed-spaces for both serviced and other accommodation categories. — A panel of small and medium sized hotels, who input their bedroom and bed-space occupancy data into a bespoke online portal. Large Hotels (100+ rooms) — Aggregated bedroom occupancy data for larger hotels, purchased from a syndicated supplier of occupancy data. Accommodation Stock Audit.
