Tender description

Transport Service Solutions Limited, (TSS herein), require appropriately licenced vehicles with drivers to transport clients to various locations in the Cheshire East and surrounding areas. Details of journeys, days of operation, whether wheelchair accessible vehicles and/or Passenger Assistants are required will be detailed in the TSS Tender Schedule & Pricing Return attached on the Chest website. By entering into this process and on submitting your tender you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the TSS Master Terms and Conditions, a copy of the current terms and conditions will be available with the tender documentation on the CHEST website. Computer systems and compatibility; TSS uses Microsoft Office Products, particularly Microsoft Excel for its tender processes. Therefore you will need to access to Microsoft Excel version 97-2003, or a later version to be able to open, complete and submit the Tender Schedule & Pricing Return workbook. TSS Tender Schedule & Operators Pricing Return 1.Download the Excel workbook called 7.TSS Tender Schedule & Pricing Return 2.Read and confirm you agree to the declarations in the Form of Tender, (Tab 1 in the workbook). 3.Tender schedule, (in Tab 2), complete this with your Name, Address & Telephone Number 4.Read details of any lots listed including any additional information. NB: If additional Information is supplied, you will be signposted to the relevant Lot 1, Lot 2. 5.Enter your daily prices along with any comments against the lot(s) you are bidding for. - if you’re not interested in a lot, then just leave that lot blank. 6.Save the Excel. Document; renaming it so that it reflects your business name and contact number, for example: (TSS.01270 123456) 7.Upload your completed tender document to THE CHEST website via the response wizard. Due to unforeseen circumstances or matters arising, there may be possible variations to lots after publication date. Should this happen, updated information will be provided via The CHEST website. TSS may exercise an option to extend the contract for a further period or periods of up to a maximum of 7 years in total. The successful operator/s will need to complete, sign and return the contract certificate with any requested documentation prior to the contract start date. In order to meet this requirement, successful operators may be required to travel to our office in Crewe. TSS gives no guarantee or warranty or makes any representation as to the accuracy of any indicative volumes or as to the value of the work during the contract period. Transport Service Solutions Limited (TSS) is a wholly owned company of Cheshire East Council and assumes all rights, obligations and liabilities previously assumed by Cheshire East Borough Council Transport.
