Cornwall Council is seeking expert advice to help develop an energy solution for the proposed West Carclaze mixed use development that can act as a smart, sustainable energy exemplar for the rest of Cornwall. The focus is on providing a model for the delivery of highly sustainable homes and businesses that prioritises value capture for the long term benefit of the occupants of the site and does not place an undue burden upon the site developer in the form of excessive upfront capital costs.
