Summary of the work Creating capability impact statements, produce position papers on LDAP protocol, co-ordination of Directory Delivery, contribute/co-ordinate production of definition stage technical documentation, contribute to draft delivery life-cycle document and define the roadmap and architecture for Pegasus directory services. Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length 3 Months Latest start date 23/02/2017 Maximum Day Rate Up to £550 per day Who Speclialist Work With Current Project Management team consisting of various grade crown servants and contractors. What Specialists Work On Producing outline position papers on LDAP protocols use on CWAN with outline architecture, creating and finalising CCEB papers creating impact statements, IMS update submissions, Quad chart reporting, attendance at Engineering Manager technical telecons, service definition documents and providing architectural views, produce test strategy and outline plans, contribution to life-cycle documentation including updated architectural views, design documents, transition schedules and integrated systems acceptance test plan. Produce a Pegasus directory roadmap document with mission statement and high level concept. Skills & Experience • APM or PRINCE 2 Project Management Qualification - 15% • Knowledge of strategic and operational interoperability services - 20% • 3 years minimum experience in delivering and enhancing capabilities - 20% • Knowledge of program level delivery outputs - 15% • Demonstratable experience in study reports - 15% • SC Clearance - 5% Nice to Haves • Knowledge of working with international community working groups - 5% • Experience of working within MoD Establishments - 5% Work Location Building 405, MoD Corsham, Wiltshire, SN13 9NR Working Arrangments 5 days a week in Corsham, no home or off-site working. Hours to be arranged with local Manager. Security Clearance SC is required as a minimum due to the nature of the work involved and the documentation being 'above - sensitive' classification. Additional T&Cs No home working and no company / personal laptops permitted. What are the procurement timescales? This requirement needs to be fast paced and therefore the sift will be held on the 16th February and the interviews on the 20th. 2. When do we send supplementary evidence? If not already sent, CVs must be received by the Authority by midday on 16th February. 3. What is the format of the CVs? CVs are to be no more than 2 sides of A4, they must be saved as follows;YYMMDD_CCT355_SUPPLIER NAME_Candidate Name_CV. 4. Do candidates have to hold current SC Clearance? YES, this is due to the sensitivity of the material. When submitting your candidates CV you are also required to submit the following information; SC Valid From Date, SC Expiry Date and SC Reference Number. If you are not able to obtain this information please ask the security holder to email it direct to us. Email will be issued at the end of the procurement. 5. Please can you confirm that the figure £550 is total charge to client. A maximum of £550 will be paid per day for this requirement. 6. Would you be willing to consider a candidate who has a wealth of government and public sector experience, who is baseline cleared and able to obtain SC without issue? We would be willing to cover the cost of obtaining SC level clearance. Unfortunately due to the nature of the work and the security level of the documentation being handled this post requires someone that holds current SC clearance. 7. Can you confirm the email address to send CV's to please? Unfortunately due to DOS framework rules, I can not publish the email address of where to send them, please have them ready and once the advert has closed you will be contacted and asked to send them within 24 hours. 8. Under Additional Terms and Conditions it is stated that "No home working and no company / personal laptops permitted". Can the Authority confirm that this task will be conducted on Authority IT systems and that these IT systems (including user accounts) will be available at contract start? If Authority IT is not available how will the work be conducted? IT accounts will be applied for once the candidate has been selected, there is a 10 day SLA for obtaining accounts and this will be done at the earliest opportunity. As this requirement is for an SC cleared person due to working on documents that are above official-sensitive it makes sense that no company/personal laptops are permitted.
