Tender description

We are seeking consultancy support to survey Highways England and its supply chain to understand: • current views / concerns with respect to delivery of the RIS; • views on the steps Highways England has taken, or can take, to support the delivery of the RIS through its supply chain; • the actions that are being taken in the supply chain, and the further steps that might be taken, to support delivery of the RIS; and • the extent to which the supply chain is responding to current signals from the company. As part of this work the consultancy should review progress against the recommendations as set out in previous ORR published review “Highways England’s supply chain capability”, April 2016.
