EMSCU (East Midlands Strategic Commercial Unit) is a Commercial Team that brings together the two police procurement departments of Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire Police requests information to be submitted as part of this RFI regarding your organisation and the services you provide. The same information will be gathered from different organisations and will be used to inform our future service model and procurement plan. EMSCU is committed to the establishment of a national framework for access to Financial and Personal Data. This will encompass the provision of direct access to databases containing the full range of information and services required by Contract Participants (The Participants) of whom we believe there are at least 7 early adopter forces.
