Tender description
The contract is to provide access to a system to provide HR and Payroll services and the associated support and maintenance. The contract extension is to provide cover till the end of life of the current system which we have been advised is January 2020. It will then allow for a procurement process to be undertaken to source a replacement system. The council have received notification from our incumbent supplier of our HR and Payroll software system that as of February 2020 the system will be end of life. Due to the complexity and high importance of replacing a contract of this nature an extension to the current agreement is being sort to January 2020 to enable a procurement sourcing strategy to be managed.
