Soft Market Test – Supported Accommodation for Young People

Sheffield City Council is planning to remodel its supported accommodation provision for young people, based on an approach similar to the Developing Positive Pathways to Adulthood (St Basil’s) model. Within the remodelled structure we hope to commission a number of services and contracts. Through this soft market test we are looking to gauge the interest of the market and experience of potential bidders in providing different types of service for young people in Sheffield. Please respond only to the questions where you already have relevant experience. This soft market testing process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding processes, and will not result in the letting of a Contract.
