The notice is a live notice and is a request for quotations and is for market research services. We noted that the advert placed earlier today referred to construction industry which is an error. Bidders are advised to submit clarification questions by Thursday 9 February and the date for submissions is 12pm 21 February 2017. While this success is significant in its own right, it is important for UKS that it is also able to demonstrate the wider impact and value of that success. This task has been given added impetus over the past year by the publication of the Government's sports strategy, Sporting Future - A New Strategy for an Active Nation (2016), which calls on organisations such as UKS and Sport England to show the contribution their work is making to five outcome areas - people's physical and mental wellbeing; their individual development; community development; and economic development. It is in this context that UK Sport is inviting proposals for carrying out a comprehensive assessment of the value of Olympic and Paralympic medal success to society.
