SCC SS Re-opening of the Surrey County Council Framework for Young People's Supported Accommodation

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74\n \n --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n \n Two years ago Surrey County Council tendered for Supported Accommodation for children and young people. This included both Social Care Placements and Youth Support Service placements, including former Supporting People accommodation and support. \n \n SCC entered into a Framework on 1 st April 2013 with a number of providers. The Framework was intended to be 're-opened' mid-way through to ensure new entrants to the market would also have the opportunity to bid. \n \n We are particularly interested in providers who can provide placements for 16/17 year old looked after children (including unaccompanied asylum seeking children), care leavers aged 18 to 25 (including unaccompanied asylum seeking) and 16/17 year old children with complex needs (autism, firestarting behaviours and sexually harmful behaviours) only, on a spot purchase basis
