Request for tender for the supply of Freezer Coldrooms

Tender description

the supply, installation, commissioning and initial maintenance/service (24 months) of Freezer Coldrooms, including all mechanical & electricial services and all ancillary components as specified in this RFT, to include the removal of all waste and packaging from Bia Food Initiative premises'. As a result of receipt of funding Bia Food Initiative now intends to replace an existing rental agreement for two freezer coldrooms (one in Galway and one in Dublin) with the outright purchase of two freezer coldroom units. This tender process is being tendered under national procurement rules. It is envisaged that the contract will be awarded at the end of March/beginning of April 2016, therefor tenders should note that Bia Food Initiative require the supply, installation and commissioning to be completed by the end of April 2016.
