1. To undertake monthly Regulation 44 Visits to 9 children’s homes. 2. To undertake monthly Regulation 44 Visits to 4 secure homes and 1 secure education service (which will be visited in line with the service specification). 3. To produce a written report following each visit and to submit all reports in line with agreed timescales to DCC for submission to OFSTED and Corporate Parenting Panel.
