Provision of a Nursery Service in Hancock Street Children’s Centre, Blackburn

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for an opportunity to provide childcare services from the existing council-owned Children's Centre at Hancock Street, Blackburn. Please note that this service will share the building with the Children’s Centre service and consideration will need to be given as to how the use of shared areas can be managed. Interested parties will be expected to provide, as a minimum, nursery services in accordance with the attached specification. In addition, they will be invited to explore expanding the service provision and enhancing both social value and income. The rent for the relevant space is £20,000 pa plus 39% of service charges.
