Who Speclialist Work With The role will work with internal teams, third party suppliers and external suppliers to deliver the replacement service within the project constraints. What Specialists Work On The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project delivery of a replacement scheduling system from refining the requirements through to the delivery of the replacement system. The individual sought must be strong and resilient deliverer with skills in collaborating effectively and achieving tangible outcomes in the face of significant challenges. Where the Work Takes Place Temple Quay House 2 The Square Temple Quay Bristol BS1 6PN Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements All work shall be undertaken at the Planning Inspectorate offices unless other wise agreed on a case by case basis. All expenses should be included within the rates proposed. Work Location Temple Quay House 2 The Square Temple Quay Bristol BS1 6PN Security Clearance Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience • Demonstrable experience of managing large, complex digital; operational and / or service management projects with a solid track record of leading complex deliveries. • Ability to manage and work with third party providers, external suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely provisioning and implementation of technical solutions. • Experience of working with suppliers to contribute to and assure detailed technical design and commercial offerings. • Ability to cope in a technically complex and transformational environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations within constraints. • Adhere to agreed project delivery standards ensuring output/delivery is fit for purpose. • Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. • An understanding of commercial approaches/considerations within the Public Sector environment. • Proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders at varying levels in both written and verbal communication, including the translation of technical communication to something understandable for a wider audience. • Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering projects within an AGILE / Prince 2 environment.
