Tender description

Hull City Council tendered a contract seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a range of services for children with special educational needs or a disability and for children who are looked after by the Local Authority. The commenced 1.1.2017 and will run for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further months. The contract is divided divided into the following lots: 1. Special Education Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS). 2. Advocacy Service — a service that promotes the rights of disabled children and young people who are looked after by the Local Authority or who receive over-night short breaks. 3. Independent Visitors Service — a service which provides Independent Visitors who can visit, befriend and advise.
