Tender description

LLA is seeking tenders for the grant of contracts, in the form of 3 concession agreements, to operate car hire services at LLA from individual sales units in the Car Rental Centre (CRC) on Percival Way. There may be a sales desk available, subject to a separate negotiation at a time to be agreed in 2017, located in the new Onward Travel Centre (OTC), which be delivered as part of the project Curium re-development, in the Arrivals area of the Terminal building. The intended start date of the concessions is 1.5.2017. The concessions will be for a term of 5 years. The concessions each comprise of a sales unit in the Car Rental Centre (CRC). There will be 50 car parking spaces allocated to each of these concessions at the car park at the CRC with up to an additional 5 car parking spaces available for each concessionaire at that location, at an annual cost of 1 250 GBP per space. The intended start date of the concessions is 1.5.2017. The concessions will be for a term of 5 years.
