The contract is to manage the operations of Junction 4 Skate Park in Blackburn as a community facility by way of lease. Junction 4 is a multi- purpose facility which can be used by BMX bikes, skateboards, roller blades and scooters with ramps / jumps covering the area of a large sports hall (four badminton courts). There is also a spectator area off the main hall; an auxiliary chill out room with vending and chairs / sofas; a reception and lobby; first aid room, small store room; male and female toilets with separate disabled facilities as well as both make and female changing areas with showers Keywords: Skate Park, Managing community facility
