Torus 62 Ltd (‘Torus’) intends to commence procurement for the establishment of a legal services framework agreement during 2017. The scope of services are likely to include (although other services may be added) Property; Development; Corporate and Finance; Employment; Housing Management and General Commercial. Please note the profile of services to be taken to tender is not fixed; the services listed are not exhaustive and Torus may add or withdraw services from the profile described. Torus may also decide to include Services which would not be commissioned on contract commencement, but may during the lifetime of the contract. Torus will endeavour to advertise the opportunity during March 2017 and implement the contract from 1.5.2017. Please note this Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) is being issued to inform organisations of our intentions and does not act as a call for competition. The anticipated contract values have been realistically estimated as a range 1 000 000 GBP — 1 500 000 GBP
