Tender description

As detailed in Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice 95178-2015-EN, the Police and Crime Commissioners (‘PCC’) and Chief Constables (‘CC’) of Leicestershire Police, Nottinghamshire Police and Northamptonshire Police have collaborated with the PCC and CC of Lincolnshire Police (‘Lincolnshire Police’) to establish a shared ICT platform (the ‘Collaboration’). The ICT platform uses software and data centre services supplied to Lincolnshire Police under an agreement (‘SDA’) with G4S Care and Justice Services (UK) Limited. The Collaboration shall be extended to include the PCC for Derbyshire and will also be extended to include the Commission of Police for the City of London and the Common Council for the City of London in its capacity as Police Authority (‘City of London Police’). This extension will require minor consequential amendments to the SDA and the conclusion of an agreement between the City of London Police and the other collaborating forces.
