Tender description
This licence agreement has been awarded to Tracen Investments. UCD wishes to appoint a reputable and experienced retail operator to provide grocery and convenience services at its Belfield campus. Tenderers should note this competition is not subject to the Concession Contracts Directive (Directive 2014/23/EU); notwithstanding this fact, the Contracting Authority will uphold the highest standards of transparency and objectivity in establishing and operating this licence.
