Tender description
Brent Council wishes to procure an Accommodation Based Social Care Support and Rehabilitation and Recovery Service for people with Mental Health support needs. Providers will be required to support the service users through the recovery and rehabilitation model which maximises independence, for up to 13 people living across 2 sites. The London Borough of Brent is seeking expressions of interest from organisations for the care and support service within two existing care schemes.
