Construction of a single storey extension for new classrooms and an extension to the existing hall, and infill of an internal courtyard; Works are to construct new additions to the main building with internal re-configuration works to provide 3 classrooms. Construct an infill section to an internal courtyard. Works will require demolition, construction of new external walls and internal stud work to the reconfigured areas. Installation of fixtures and fittings with associated M&E works and associated plumbing. All finishes through to decorations and floor coverings. External works ; Provide a new section of hard landscaping for access to areas of the building and car park and to provide two additional car parking spaces to an existing facility. At Haydon Abbey School, Weedon Road, Aylesbury, Herts HP19 9NJ.
