Tender description

Attendance to the servicing, maintenance and breakdown of 1 336 domestic properties with gas central heating, 4 communal boiler rooms and 6 properties with oil fired central heating and the replacement of boilers and upgrade of central heating to 50 properties per year as part of a planned programme. Attendance to the servicing, maintenance and breakdown of 1 336 domestic properties with gas central heating, 4 communal boiler rooms and 6 properties with oil fired central heating and the replacement of boilers and upgrade of central heating to 50 properties per year as part of a planned programme. Services are to include the carrying out of annual safety checks, servicing, breakdown responsive call outs (during and outside of working hours) and maintenance to domestic gas and oil heating systems, appliances and installations. All other information is included in the procurement documentation. The procurement will be run as a 2-envelope open procedure. Tenderers will be required to answer quality questions to determine whether they are suitable for this contract. Answers to these questions will be submitted with Tenders. Only if a Tenderer passes this stage will the remainder of their Tender be evaluated.
