Contractors are invited to tender for the Car Park Lighting Upgrade Scheme at the site named above. Through the replacement of the existing lighting at Wells Place and the Swan Centre car parks with new energy efficient lighting, the council will reduce energy consumption, reduce energy costs and assist in delivering the Councils Energy Efficiency & Renewable strategies.
