Community Equipment Service - 'AccessEquip' Provision

Tender description

The Community Equipment Service has a strategic objective in helping service users to retain independent living within the community. As a contribution towards this objective the AccessEquip service will help service users residing in the Cheshire East Council (CEC) area to access Independent Living Centres (ILCs), assessment clinics and/or approved retail outlets, so they are able to have an assessment and/or acquire 'independent living aids' that help improve independence, comfort and/or safety. PLEASE NOTE RESPONSES MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED VIA THE CHEST BY 12 NOON ON THE 1st MARCH 2017. Please ensure you leave sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the closing date/time. The council cannot be held responsible for technical/ICT issues in leaving the uploading of your submission too late. No submission received after this closing date and time will be considered other than where there are exceptional circumstances which may be considered by the Director of Legal Services in his sole discretion. Please note that submissions which are partly through being uploaded at the closing time will be considered to have not been received
