Tender description

1 Contractor is required under 2 separate contracts for the following: a) Demolition of existing and construction of a 4/5-storey building containing 25 dwellings (flats) and public realm works at the Lyttleton House site. b) Construction of 3 5-storey buildings containing 20 dwellings and public realm works at the former Frampton Arms site and adjacent amenity land. 1 Contractor is required under 2 separate contracts for the following: a) Demolition of existing and construction of a 4/5-storey building containing 25 dwellings (flats) and public realm works at the Lyttleton House site. Roughly triangular in shape, the site measures 0.32ha and is located on the north-western edge of the Frampton Parks Estate, near the intersection of Elsdale Street and Well Street. b) Construction of 3 5-storey buildings containing 20 dwellings and public realm works at the former Frampton Arms site and adjacent amenity land. This vacant site is approximately 0.3 ha situated north of the intersection of Well Street and Frampton Park Road.
