Tender description
0-4 years Health Visiting Service (incorporating Family Nurse Partnership) The London Borough of Bromley (“the Council”) is inviting tenders for the provision of a 0-4 years Health Visiting Service (incorporating Family Nurse Partnership) that will provide leadership, co-ordination and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 0-4 years in Bromley. An essential part of children’s services in Bromley, the service will improve health and wellbeing outcomes for children and young people, identifying additional needs early, building resilience and reducing health inequalities by providing effective universal and targeted interventions for children and their parents. The Service will also incorporate delivery of the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP). Both elements of the Service must be integrated and delivered as one overarching brand so that the Service is recognised by children and families across the borough and so that interventions appear seamless to Service Users.
