Leisure Centre Condition Survey

Tender description

To undertake Condition Surveys of our Leisure Centres so that we can put in place planned maintenance schedule for the sites and to assist with the retendering of the Leisure Centre Management contracts in 2019/2020. Requirements 1.1 The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) requires condition survey to be undertaken at four Sport and Leisure facilities within the borough. The condition survey reports, once completed, will also be used to identify immediate, medium term and long term repairs and maintenance priorities for the sites as well as assist in the procurement of replacement supplier for the Sports and Leisure Centre Management contracts. 1.2 Service 1: The appointed Service Provider is required provide a team of Building Surveyors, Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers to prepare detailed Condition Surveys Reports for each of the sites. This will be used to produce a Planned and Preventative Maintenance plan for the site. 1.3 Service 2: To ensure that Council hold accurate records the appointed Service Provider will also be required to carry out Measured Surveys for each of the sites. 1.4 The Council is seeking tenders based upon the Specification which can be found within the Tender Pack (located within the Supplier attachment area). ****Please register/log in at www.capitalesourcing.com to view all tender information/documents**** Any questions about this procurement should be submitted in writing via the capitalEsourcing Portal.
