Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Accommodation and Support for Care Leavers

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ("the Council") is establishing a Provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of organisations who are able to provide high quality accommodation and support for Care Leavers. This Dynamic Purchasing System enables Commissioners to procure a sufficient number of Providers who can provide accommodation and support for care leavers. Providers may be invited to tender for contracts for the following accommodation and support for care leavers: • Single-unit 'Low Profile' Support and Accommodation (24 hour support with on-site sleep-in provision) for Care Leavers (aged 16-18) • Shared 'Low Profile' Support and Accommodation (24 hour support with on-site sleep-in provision for Care Leavers (aged 16-18) • 'Complex' Support and Accommodation (24 hour support with on-site sleep-in support plus additional 1:1 key-working support based on need) for Care Leavers (aged 16-18) • Accommodation and Support for over 18's (accommodation plus visiting support)
