Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service

Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council are jointly commissioning a Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service. The new service will deliver a minimum of 458 units of housing related support and is a combination of the following services: • Cambridge City, South Cambs and Fenland Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service; • East Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service; • Cambs Mental Health Community Support and Prevention Service; • Peterborough Mental Heath Service; • Peterborough Offender/Substance Misuse Service. The plan is for the Tender to go live in early January with a Contract start date of 1st July 2018.
