The solution will be delivered in a phased approach, the contents of each phase will be subject to the agreement but should include the following modules: 1. Transactional HR including Core HR/personnel, time & attendance, pension & benefits administration, case management & document management capabilities. 2. Recruitment/applicant tracking system (ATS) including onboarding activities 3. Talent management including performance management, succession planning, learning management system (LMS), skills & competency management, 4. Workforce planning 5. Compensation & salary planning 6. HR reporting & analytics 7.
