Tender description

Independent consultancy provider to advise and support the development of telephony services and produce a strategy. Appointment of an independent consultancy provider to develop a new telephony strategy which will be adaptable and flexible for the next 10-20 years. It is anticipated that the appointed consultant will act for the University to regularly update and maintain the telephony strategy. In addition, the provider is likely to be responsible for delivering elements of any proposed works as a project manager, arranging maintenance contracts and installations and services.
