• SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a search to provide managed recruitment services to identify and obtain applications from suitably qualified candidates to fulfil the roles of; Head of Implementation for Shared Planning Assistant Director for Strategy and Economy Assistant Director for Delivery • Recruitment to the Head of Implementation post should proceed at the earliest opportunity, whereas the recruitment to the Assistant Directors posts cannot start until the latter part of February. • As part of the tender we would also like you to include the costs for short listing the candidates, set up the interviews with the HR team at South Cambridgeshire District Council and managing an assessment centre to test the abilities for these roles, particularly in terms of leadership, persuasion, analytical thinking, continuous improvement, team working, and negotiation.
