NHS Business Services Authority is procuring on behalf of the NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA). NHSCFA is a center of excellence employing specialists in intelligence, fraud prevention, computer forensics, fraud investigation, financial investigation, data analysis and communications. We provide a range of specialized services to tackle NHS fraud. As an intelligence-led organization, NHSCFA has a need for an investigation and intelligence case management solution to support the work we do in a quicker, smarter and more data-driven way using technology. NHSCFA requires an existing Investigative Case Management System, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product that can be customised to meet NHSCFA organizational needs. The Solution must be a fully functional and flexible Case Management system with capabilities including: — subject, witness and ‘other’ contact recording, — subject checks, accounts, assets, examinations, and criminality, — key date recording, including results and disposals. The Solution must have: 1) the capability to migrate existing data from the legacy system, 2) be a cloud-based offering, 3) the data must reside in a UK data centers that is/are accredited, and, 4) have functionality which allows for integration with our existing intelligence toolkit ‘iBase’, existing Forensic Toolkit Software (Access Data Lab) and our existing Data Analytics environment (SAS). NHSCFA will have up to 450 users on the new solution but this must be scalable should additional users require access during the life of the contract.
